People flock from near and far to attend our Brick Oven and Outdoor Grill Cooking classes.  Held about three times a summer, our class teaches outdoor brick oven cooking techniques, and goes the additional step by teaching you to achieve similar results with your gas or charcoal grill.  Wine pairings are also included.  Students enjoy eating the results of the evening while gathering by the pond and waterfall and hanging out in the garden.  Class this month was enjoyed by about a dozen people.
