We can create a plan for you
by mail as long as you can
provide us with some basic things:

-- Existing Buildings and Features
-- Architectural plans of buildings
-- Septic System Map
-- Topographic map of property (if property has slopes)
-- Property Owner Questionnaire
-- Material Check-off &
Registration Form
Expectations With your provision of the above
materials, $300.00 may cover one side of a home, $1500.00
will be enough to generate a modest plan. A rectangular
property 160' x 250' will fit on one sheet while giving you
a readable product. Additional sheets and investment
may be necessary for larger properties.
Prices do vary depending on the complexity of the plan.
Large areas of perennial gardens cost more to plan than landscapes
that contain just trees and shrubs because of the planning
time involved.
