We all know we need to spend more time outside.  All the studies say we don’t spend enough time outside in nature.  And this lack of exercise results in poor quality of sleep, weight gain, medical issues and not being able to keep up with others.

But if you are like me; you hate exercise. It’s boring! I do find doing meaningful things on my property healthy and gratifying and I do get exercise. Outdoor activities like growing plants for a variety of uses, cooking, eating, playing, and hobbies contribute to lots of healthy exercise and many other benefits.
